No deposit will be taken, full payment is on arrival.
We are not available to accept arrivals outside of our reception times.
Cancellation policy 48 hours or the first night will be charged at the full rate. You may wish to consider holiday insurance to cover that possibility.
Payment methods - Cash in pounds sterling, Visa, Mastercard, Meastro, Switch, Solo, Electron (1% surcharge on all cards).
The whole house is no smoking & take away food is not permitted in bedrooms. You are very welcome to use the dining room to eat.
Your booking is a short term agreement and our address may not be used as permanent for visa application.
Proof of identity may be requested on arrival. Overseas guests will be required to provide passport numbers on arrival. Guests must be 18 or over unless accompanied by an adult.
Damage to our property through irresponsible behaviour will be charged for.
Your reservation includes a complimentary breakfast from our menu. Breakfast is served from 8.00am until 9.00am. We can also serve at 7.30am or 9.30am on request.
If you have a friend or relative in the area, you are welcome to invite them to breakfast. We charge £5.00 per non resident.
If you are staying more than one night, we request that rooms are vacated between 11.00am and 12.00 noon for cleaning.
