We are a husband and wife team only and we do everything personally from changing and cleaning your room, to greeting you at the door, cooking and serving your breakfast.

Our home is a bed and breakfast guest house establishment, not a hotel. We therefore do not have a bar, serve evening meals or have a 24 hour reception desk.

We are home and available for you to arrive and collect your keys during the following hours.

Monday to Friday Inclusive. 

4.00pm - 9.00pm

(16.00hrs - 21.00hrs)

Saturday & Sunday.

12.00 midday - 7.00pm

(12.00hrs - 19.00hrs)

Rooms are ready for occupation from 4.00pm weekdays

and from 2.00pm on Saturdays & Sundays.

We regret that we can not promise rooms ready earlier for guests attending early weddings etc. To guarantee a room early you will need to book for the evening before.

Check out time is 10.30am on all days.
